1. Introduction

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions under which users may access and use the Rallison Rentals Platform (the "Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Only individuals or entities legally capable of entering contracts may register.
  • You must provide accurate identity and contact information during registration.
  • Accounts are subject to approval by the Rallison Rentals administration team.

3. Platform Use

The Platform enables users to participate in rental promotions, raffles and related activities. Key points:

  1. Account registration: Users must complete registration with accurate details.
  2. Promotions: Participation in promotions is subject to specific promotion rules published on the Platform.
  3. Prohibited conduct: You must not misuse the Platform, submit false information or attempt to circumvent any promotion rules.
  4. Approval: Account activation is subject to admin approval. You will be notified by email once approved.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Any fees or charges associated with promotions will be clearly described at the time of participation.
  • Users are responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations.
  • The Platform is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

5. Prizes & Giveaways

Where promotions include prizes or giveaways:

  • Prize winners are selected in accordance with the rules of each individual promotion.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
  • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at registration.

6. Liability & Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, Rallison Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

Rallison Rentals reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities arising prior to termination.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such collection and use.

9. Dispute Resolution

Parties should first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under applicable law in the jurisdiction where Rallison Rentals is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

Rallison Rentals may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
